How to request a refund

All payments are processed by our reseller Digistore24 Inc. (US). Refunds are handled by Digistore24:

• Select your order and choose the refund option.

Processing time

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take a few business days to appear.
